Agent Profile Name in WhatsApp messages

We used several other platforms that automatically included a signature before the WhatsApp message.

This way, the customer can easily identify who is assisting them, similar to customer service via widget.

In the example platforms we used, the message looked similar to this:

agent.name:
Message

[agent.name]:
Message

For example:

Naur:
Hello, how can I help you?
