Adding links (hyperlinks) to Snippets

Hello,
I used TextBlaze chrome extension and I'm very used to having a way to add hyperlinks to the content of the email snippets.
However, I don't see that feature in Tawk.to, and that feature is missing for me.

Can you please create a way to add links in the content of the snippets?

Thanks
