Improved support for the future

Hello, I hope you are all well. I want to add features to improve tawk.to.

Add social media buttons in live chat.

SMS support should be provided.

Add phone support to the free plan.

You also need to add a free screenshot.

Add a calendar for customers to make appointments.

Add an appointment reminder via SMS.

Add a community forum like tawk.to for suggestions etc...
For customers who want to make suggestions about our service.
