Tawk.to Integration with Microsoft Teams

We're utilizing Tawk.to as an interal company KB and ticketing system and we're looking into integrating AI for employees to chat with for policy or procedure questions. We use Microsoft Teams for compnay communication. It would be awesome to have direct integrated chat capability with Microsoft Teams so that our teams can jump into a Microsoft Teams channel (or chat) and chat with Tawk.to Apollo, create tickets, ore view KB articles.
