I’d like to give a big thank you to Scott and Kenny from Canning & Coyle Construction, who attended my property Saturday to clear an external network blockage and lay the required cabling for Virgin Media.
Both Scott and Kenny were friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable. They clearly knew their job inside and out and worked efficiently and professionally throughout.
They did a fantastic job, and I was particularly impressed that they left the pathway neat, tidy and clean once the work was completed.

Adding TikTok as a communication channel would be a valuable improvement. Many businesses use TikTok to engage with customers, share updates, and build their communities, so having the ability to manage TikTok comments and conversations directly alongside other channels would make customer support workflows more efficient.
