Tawk.to is easy to use and the interface is simple and user-friendly. It would be great to have more customization options and a smoother overall experience for managing chats and feedback. Keep up the good work!

It would be really useful to have an AI feature that automatically summarizes each customer conversation and highlights the customer's main issue, requirements, and outcome. It could also suggest a follow-up message or next action for the agent.

This would save time, make it easier to understand previous conversations, and help support teams provide faster and more consistent customer service.
