Feedback, rating after chat

After chat with our clients/customers, they (out customers/clients) should have an option to participate in a short survey or allow or allow feed back. May be you should allow u to create couple of questions and client can rate and provide comments or atleast only allow to tick number of stards. And this should also be linked with the agent so we can check staff or agent perforamce
