Include a breakdown of 'agents' and 'tags' in Reporting > Chat Volume

We need the ability to see a breakdown of how many chats each agent took over the selected period of time, within a single report. To start, we could add this breakdown to the CSV export. This way, properties that have 10 agents to track, wouldn't need to do 10 exports. Just one.

Same applies to tags. If you have 10 tags, you should be able to see how many times each was used.

If a tag has not been used within selected period, exclude from export.
