Bulk Chat Deletion Endpoints via REST API

Hello tawk.to Support Team,

I am writing to formally request a new feature for the tawk.to REST API: the ability to programmatically delete chat logs and ticket histories.

Currently, the REST API only allows for reading conversation histories. For organizations managing high volumes of interactions, manual cleanup through the dashboard is inefficient and does not scale.

Use Cases:

• Data Privacy Compliance (GDPR/CCPA): Automating right-to-be-forgotten requests by programmatically purging specific user chat histories directly from our backend system.
• Database Maintenance: Automatically clearing out old, irrelevant, or spam chats based on a retention schedule without manual administrative overhead.

Proposed Solution:
Introduce a delete method (e.g., DELETE request or a destructive RPC method) to the endpoint system, allowing admins with valid API keys/tokens to securely remove specified chat IDs.
