Tag management: delete tags and import tags in bulk

We would like the ability to permanently delete existing tags, either individually or in bulk, and import multiple tags at once using a CSV or Excel file.

These features would help us remove outdated or duplicate tags and maintain a consistent tagging structure without having to create each tag manually.
