Issue: Widget Preferences - Bypassing the Home widget view

In Chat Widget → Widget Content (Widget Preferences), "Home" is selected as the Default View.

However, when visitors click the chat icon on our live Wix website, the widget opens directly into the conversation instead of showing our customised Home screen: URL: https://www.piercingbyjooles.com/

We've already:

-Confirmed Home is the Default View.
-Tested different On Click Behavior settings.
-Disabled the Welcome Message trigger and tested again.
-Tested in a fresh incognito window.
