Ticket Filter to allow searching of email address/ticket number

Hi,,

Not sure of this has been covered, but I think it would be great to improve the search filter.

Currently, we have issues finding chats, or customers if we search via EMAIL or ticket number....

I think the filter should allow a search of email addresses and also the ticket numbers for a better search
