Request to Enable Offline Visitor Logs

Could you please enable offline visitor logs for us? This feature would allow us to track visitor behavior, such as if someone views the same product multiple times. Ideally, after the third time a visitor looks at the same product, the chatbot would automatically initiate a conversation on the fourth visit. This would help address any potential doubts they may have and assist us in generating more sales.
