Admin Control Agent Profiles

We have a group of our sales agents using the live chat function. Some people haven't or struggle to update their photo and name as we have some agents with the same name.

For users with admin control, is there away we can edit profiles on their behalf so everyone's account is set up the same. Could there be something developed to allow us to do this?
