Facebook (FB) messenger should be in live chats, not in tickets.

Because FB Messenger was implemented via tickets, there are many issues making it unusable as a user agent;

1. I dont get notifications on the dashboard when a new message is created, or a reply.
2. I don't see messenger tickets on my profile, I need to go into each property to see the FB messages
3. I need to do this manually to see if there's a new chat or reply periodically
4. All website chats create tickets so FB chats get lost
5. If WhatsApp and SMS get added in the same way it will be a disappointment.
