I would recommend creating Shortcuts, or canned responses, for repetitive replies. Setting up Shortcuts saves you time and keeps your responses accurate and consistent. This also ensures that your spelling and grammar are correct. Make the "Messaging" box available only to Admins not to all Agents. Either Agents can see only their own messages, or none at all. Admins should be able to see all.
