    i definitly need a better system for notifications :)
    i have no sound on my computer and i've been missign several chats

    Is there any way to have a permanent notification on desktop?

    The only desktop notification is the pop-up
    in another system i tried (zopim), there is an option to have a notification popup near the clock. and it was possible to configure the time it stayed on
    even possible to say "until i close the notification"
    I have 2 or 3 screens, sometimes i can't see a notification on the other screen, especially if it stay only a couple seconds.

    so here are some good ideas from the others :
    1>Length of time on screen should be adjustable.
    2>Option to keep on screen until answered.
    3>Re-notify agent when chat resumes from existing visitor instead of only once per session.
    - Auto-Pop the Tawk Desktop App when a new chat is requested.

    - Flash the Tawk button orange (similar to skype) on the toolbar.
