Please to make a feature for agent account can deleted the chat history, as we will have around 100 agents account, it will be so hard for the admin account to check and deleted the history on agent accounts one by one.. It will take forever...
Pleaseeee add this feature..

Please make a new feature for pop-up desktop notification to be more longer or adjustable. As it is very important for us to be more aware if there is an incoming live chat.

Maybe can add the option on the setting to choose will give an access the agent to delete it or not. Because some user maybe do not want their agents delete the history, but some user that has so many agents need it.
