    Please! Don't make our support team memorize the flags of all countries or have to hover their mouse over the flags. That's a bad UI.

    Please, give us our new column with city and state or Country!

    YES! Why should we have to memorize the flags of countries and be forced to hover over each line on the monitoring screen to see the city? And, what happened to showing the state? You now just show the city? Please fix this.

    And while you're at it, how about making City and State, or City and Country a new column on the Monitoring screen? Don't force us to hover or memorize country flags! :-)
