    At the moment, we don’t have the option to re-order the sequence of the Departments listed in the Pre-Chat Form.

    I think there should be the ability to keep chat history for customers. This is useful for when a customer contacts live chat and wants to review the information during the session. This could also be useful so a customer start a chat session right where they left off and no detail from the conversation will be lost - great in case the chat session somehow disconnects.

    The implementation of this would be for people to create a tawk account (just account for chat history purposes and not one with full features) globally (works with all tawk enabled sites) or just for that one specific site. This implementation could also use Facebook, Twitter, and Google integration to login.

    This could also save the customer's name and email settings.
