    Our automation or chatbot feature is currently in our roadmap development.

    Currently, we only have a Javascript API. However, we have a more advanced REST API in the works that should be out in a couple of months.

    Full Slack integration with tawk.to is currently unavailable.

    However, you can set up workflow automation through Zapier.

    For example, you can trigger a specific action in Slack when a chat ends, when a new chat starts, or when a new ticket is created.

    Don't just slack. Microsoft Teams is upcomming there are Cisco Teams and other. Make an API or open possibility to create integrations.
