To All Our Valued Users, Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for sharing your question here. This function is currently available in your tawk.to Dashboard. The ‘Disable browser tab notification’ setting stops alerts from showing up in the page title of your browser. Follow the steps below to enable these settings: 1. Administration tab > Chat Widget 2. This "num of new message" even shows up when no agents are online and the widget are not showing...
"Disable browser tab notification" - this setting seems to this freak show... sadly there is no real description to the setting... So... not sure if it disable something usefull..
