The ‘Hide widget when offline’ setting is off by default in your Dashboard. This means the chat widget is still visible even when you are offline.

At this stage, the size of the round chat widget can’t be adjusted.
However, both the height and width of the rectangular chat widget can be customized. This customization is only available for the Desktop Widget.
We also have a new feature for changing the position of your widget in mobile view.

Alternatively, you can use the Zapier integration to automatically send information between tawk.to and MailChimp.

At this stage, we only have the Pre-Chat Form to get the details of the visitor before the chat.
An alternative method is to create a Trigger message asking for their information.
You can also create Shortcuts or canned responses for repetitive questions visitors ask. Setting up Shortcuts saves you time and keeps your responses accurate and consistent. This also ensures that your spelling and grammar are correct.

The widget size can be modified if you choose to have the ‘rectangular shape’ as your chat widget. You can also change the message that appears on the minimized chat widget in the Widget Content settings and even modify how sharp the edges appear.
Font and other size features of the chat widget have already been submitted to our engineers.

The pre-chat form option will only come up when you select the Online and Offline Status under the Chat Widget Content.
Alternatively, you can create a Chat Rescuer Trigger. This trigger is used to auto-respond to messages if agents don’t respond in time. The delay message options are from 10 seconds to 1 hour.
In this section, you can leave a message to your users saying that you are currently unavailable and requesting them to leave their details after.

As per our development team, we are waiting to roll out a huge update to the architecture of the software in order for this feature to release. As you can appreciate, unfortunately, things don’t always go to plan, and other product launches need to be prioritized for the sake of progress.

Please integrate it with ecwid.com since placing the code on ecwid starter site won't work because we cannot place it before the </body tag
