    You can, however,share links, videos, and linked images in the widget with widget cards and modify widget behavior in your widget settings.

    Hi,  At this stage, we currently do not have Alt/Title tags for images on KB articles.  However, you can add a Meta Description for each Knowledge Base article in the Document settings menu to the left of the block editor.     Your request has been acknowledged and updates will be posted once the feature has been approved and implemented.  Let me know if you have any questions, require assistance, or just want to talk to someone at tawk.to.     Hi,

    Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for sharing your challenge here.

    At this stage, you can't zoom in on the images in KB articles.

    When displaying an image in a Knowledge Base article, the browser will automatically set the image to a size that fits the article width. If the image size is 1024 X 1024, but the article size requires 600 px, then the image will be resized to 600 px.

    We currently do not have Webhooks for Knowledge Base search.

    We do, however, have the Reporting section for Knowledge Base. It tracks articles, searches and feedback.

    Agree. Being able to embed a category with the titles and URLs to the article would be awesome.

    Also being able to export the content of the KB to a JSON file would do the thing, because the we could process it in our end.

    We currently do not have an option for adding a noindex meta tag in the Knowledge Base.

    An alternative solution is to set your articles to Private in the Visibility settings. However, the KB will likely end up looking empty..

    We have taken note of your suggestion and will post updates once the feature has been approved and implemented.

    If the CSS and JS could be applied to the Knowledge Base it would be awesome.

    Adding URL to an external CSS and an external JS would make such a big difference.
