    We currently don’t have automation to fill custom fields in shortcuts when answering chats.

    Automation is a feature on our product roadmap. Our engineers are working on this feature and updates will be posted once it has been implemented.

    No it does not make any sense as the information is not complete and same thing normally people do with their professional resumes that they never add their information completely and just because of this they have to suffer because of unemployment.
