    To All Our Valued Users, Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for sharing your question here. The widget size can be modified if you choose to have the 'rectangular shape' as your chat widget. You can also change the message that appears on the minimized chat widget in the Widget Content settings and even modify how sharp the edges appear. Font and other size features of the chat widget have already been submitted to our engineers. Your request is acknowledged and updates will be posted once the feature has been implemented.     I think you can change the default font to Roboto. The font Lato not support Vietnamese Characters. You can check my site here to see some fallback when displaying Vietnamese texts.
