To All Our Valued Users,
Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for sharing your challenge here.
At this stage, offline messages can only be converted to tickets manually.
You will need to close the offline message after you create a ticket to avoid duplicate entries.

At this stage, all offline messages have to be set to Closed once the ticket is created.

The ‘Hide widget when offline’ setting is off by default in your Dashboard. This means the chat widget is still visible even when you are offline.

we dont want to be online all the time, so when i am offline, the customer sees a tiny bar saying - offline - its not even visible...if you had a chat bubble saying - please leave a message - then at least they will see there is a chat widget which lets them send a message

yes its way too small and not expandable...i would like to view my entire message, at least 10 to 15 rows
