Love the idea! Trying out Watermelon as we speak and would love to have that in Tawk.to!

WhatsApp is probably the most used chat application around. Services like web whatsapp and watermelon.nl already allow whatsapp - webchat. I'd love this service to also become part of the Tawk.to system.

We currently do not have the function to insert Shortcuts in the middle of the conversation.

Great suggestion! I had some trouble responding to an email where I use a /shortcode at the beginning and at the end.

As per our development team, we are waiting to roll out a huge update to the architecture of the software in order for this feature to release. As you can appreciate, unfortunately, things don't always go to plan, and other product launches need to be prioritized for the sake of progress. Other conditions for firing a trigger may include Visitor Name, referrer, and search engine.
