As you can appreciate, unfortunately, things don't always go to plan, and other product launches need to be prioritized for the sake of progress. So first it was under review in Feb 2021, then again in April 2021... and now, 5 months later.... ???

100% , this should be in the Windows app... Even though, the Windows app is not really a Windows app, it is just a form window around the site...

So this is marked as planned, but based on some of the other features that are marked "STARTED" (many years ago), I dont have high hopes for this.

Woops, just found this :) I just proposed this idea. This is a MUST. Seeing that this is almost 2 years old, I dont have high hopes...
We are currently using LiveZilla that has this ability, but we'd love to replace LZ with Tawk.to. Cannot do this until this is implemented.
