    It would be better if you just add integration feature instead of building the complete bot capability here. Have posted it in more details in this thread:

    +1 for this feature request. In fact it would be great if you can give an option where we can integrate with any chatbot platform (eg dialogflow) so that most of the user queries get answered by this bot and only when the bot fails, the request goes to the agent...

    The agent should be able to able to view the conversation but can respond only when he is requested. Here is a simple implementation of the same: https://github.com/dialogflow/agent-human-handoff-nodejs
