If these actions were taken, it would be greatly appreciated:
1- Message delivery report like two ticks
2- Ability to edit message by agent
3- Keep the user's chat page open so that when the user is online they can view their chat history and see if any response has been given.
4- Use animated GIFs along with emoticons
5- Restrict the browser and desktop version, especially the Android app, users of blocked countries like Iran will not have to use vpn because it will slow down.
The suggestions I mentioned above are in the Crisp online chat module.
6- It would be better if the font could be changed in the user section, for example the Persian font used in the user section is not satisfactory.
7- Ability to delete or disable email in Widget Contetnt settings because many of our clients do not have email and only have a mobile number
